For Online Courses:
If the course member is not satisfied with the course, the member is eligible to a 100% refund if:
1. She requests the refund in writing with a written explanation for why within 7 days of purchase.
2. Due to the digital nature of our course, if a member has viewed/downloaded/played more than 2 modules, a refund will not be granted.
3. The member must have attended all group support calls (or playbacks) and member must request the refund within 14 days of the start of the course.
The participant is not eligible for a refund if she/he has not completed the released course materials within the first 2 weeks, and shown completed work in lessons.
Coaching Call Cancellations:
You will be able to cancel or reschedule at any time up to 24-hours before your scheduled time.
No charges will be made for cancellations made with at least 24-hour notification.
Please Note: 1/2 the full session fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice.
